Evidence-informed parenting support that helps you stay calm in hard moments, strengthen your connection with your child, and trust yourself again.

Maybe you had this picture of how you would be the perfect mama who never yelled or got upset.
Maybe you thought if you did everything right your child wouldn't ever have a tantrum.
Maybe you thought you were so full of love that it would be one blissful moment after another.
I get it. I was that mama too. I've seen thousands of parent-child interactions, in my own family and in families I work with, and this is what I know: Most parents were never taught how to stay calm and regulated in the middle of intense emotions. Especially not while supporting a young child who's in the middle of a meltdown.
Here's what matters: If you don't have the skills to regulate your own nervous system you can't stay calm for your child. And that's what they need most.
That's what I'm here for. To support you and help you grow the skills.

I've been working with families with young children for 30 years as an early childhood educator and a parent coach. And I'm a mama to 3 grown daughters. I've seen exactly what makes a difference between staying calm, confident, and connected to your child: a regulated nervous system so you can stay calm when your child is having a hard time.
So I built the nervous system education I wish every parent had. No blame, no judgement. Just the tools, knowledge, and support that allow you to be the mama you want your child to remember.
