In just 30 minutes a day for three days, you'll learn why parenting feels so hard in the moment
and what helps you come back to calm, connection, and confidence.

YOU KNOW MORE THAN YOU THINK YOU DO...

So why does it still feel impossible sometimes?

You love your child deeply.

You've read the parenting books.

You follow the gentle parenting accounts.

You understand attachment.

You know your child isn't trying to give you a hard time.

And yet...

One more tantrum happens.

One more demand.

One more screaming session while you're trying to make dinner.

And suddenly you're reacting in a way that doesn't feel like you.

You raise your voice.

You snap.

You shut down.

You walk away.

Then later, when the house is quiet, the guilt starts.

"Why can't I do what I know I should?"

That question keeps a lot of mamas awake at night.

HERE'S WHAT NOBODY TALKS ABOUT

Parenting isn't hardest when you don't know what to do.

It's hardest when you're too overwhelmed to access what you already know.

When your toddler melts down, their nervous system becomes overwhelmed.

But that's not all.

YOUR nervous system gets whacked out too.

Your heart races.

Your face gets hot.

Your patience vanishes into thin air.

Your brain acts like you're under threat.

And when that happens, no amount of parenting advice is going to help because your monkey brain is the one calling the shots

Mama, you're not failing. You're human.

LET ME GUESS...

You love your child and:

✓ You want to parent differently than you were parented

✓ Every day you promise yourself you won't yell again and then you do

✓ You beat yourself up after difficult days

✓ You find it impossible to connect with your child when you're overwhelmed

✓ You wonder why this seems so easy for other moms

✓ You're tired of feeling like you're failing at something that matters so much to you

✓ You want to feel calm, confident, and steady even in the moments that push your buttons

THE GOOD NEWS

Calm parenting isn't a personality trait.

It's a skill that CAN BE LEARNED.

You don't have to do it overnight.

You don't have to get it perfectly.

Just go step by step and start to feel better even in the most challenging moments.

That's exactly what we'll be doing together inside
READY STEADY MAMA.

WHAT WE'LL COVER

DAY ONE: Why Is This So Hard?

You'll finally understand why even loving, committed parents lose their cool.

We'll talk about what's happening in your nervous system when parenting gets overwhelming and why guilt isn't helping you move forward.

You'll leave feeling understood, relieved, and less alone.

DAY TWO: Breaking the Reaction Cycle

You'll learn why calm parenting isn't about trying harder.

It's about learning how to interrupt automatic reactions before they take over.

We'll explore co-regulation, attachment, and one simple practice that can help you stay grounded when emotions run high.

You'll leave knowing change is possible.

DAY THREE: Becoming the Parent You Want to Be

We'll talk about generational patterns, repair, and what secure attachment actually looks like in real life.

Not perfection.

Not getting it right every time.

Real connection.

You'll leave with a clearer vision of the parent you want to be and a path for getting there.

A NOTE FROM MAIA

My daughter was almost three when she threw a digital camera at our dining room window during a meltdown.

It was her third tantrum of the day and by that point, we were both exhausted.

I started to get mad and felt something snap inside me. I didn't have the capacity to take any more and in a desperate attempt to make the screaming stop, I told my little girl that if she didn't stop crying I would call the police.

The moment the words left my mouth, I knew something was wrong

Not with her though. With me.

There was a time when I believed that if I just tried harder I could stay calm. That if my willpower was strong enough I wouldn't yell at my toddler.

I couldn't understand why I knew so much about children and what they needed and still found myself reacting in ways I regretted.

What changed everything wasn't learning another parenting strategy.

It was understanding what was happening inside me.

Over the last 30+ years working with children and families, earning a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, becoming a Parent Coach, and raising my own children, I've learned that parents don't need more judgment.

You need understanding.

You need support.

And you need practical ways to stay steady when parenting gets hard.

That's why I created READY STEADY MAMA.

IMAGINE THIS

Your toddler has a meltdown in the grocery store.

People are staring.

Your heart starts pounding.

But this time something is different.

You understand what's happening.

You know what to do next.

You stay grounded.

You respond with confidence.

And later that night, instead of replaying the moment with shame,
you feel proud of how you handled it.

Not perfect, just steady.
